Wilmington University's Training and Staff Development certificate program provides students who aspire to careers in employee training and development, as well as for those who must make decisions about training programs, the knowledge they need to advance in their career. Build skills that can give you greater opportunities in your evolving field today.

All students are eligible to pursue a certificate in Training and Staff Development; however, it is recommended that they have some experience in the areas of human resource management, training and development, and organizational communication. Students wishing to receive the Training and Staff Development certificate are required to complete the five courses listed below.

Up to six (6) transfer credits will be accepted for the Training and Staff Development Certificate.

Cost and Schedule

Guild students attending Wilmington University may be eligible to pay a fraction of the published cost to advance their education. For example, Guild students may pay as little as 10% of the published course or program cost to earn their bachelor's degree when taking advantage of:

Active Military or Veteran? If so, talk to your coach or Wilmington University about your eligibility for additional tuition benefits.

Note - students may not currently use Federal financial aid towards the Training and Staff Development Certificate on its own.  Students may be able to use financial aid to complete the certificate as part of a full degree program at Wilmington University.  Talk to your coach for more information.
