Guild Education partners with employers to offer online classes, programs, and degrees from universities top-ranked for their support of working adults.

As a Guild student you'll be matched with a student advisor, who will help you find the right program, navigate the financial aid process, and provide you with personal college and career advising to help you navigate the college process from day one to graduation.

To give employees a variety of options, Guild partners with a consortium of universities and learning providers, including Brandman University, Western Governors University, Bellevue University, and StraighterLine, in addition to offering custom content.

Who is eligible?

All Presbyterian St. Luke's and Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children employees (regular or part-time) who have completed 90 days of employment and are in good disciplinary standing with their manager. 

All education programs for undergraduate, graduate and doctoral/PhD education are eligible for tuition assistance. Study should align to employee’s career pathway. In addition, the employee must agree to a two-year commitment period. Voluntary termination during commitment period may result in repayment by employee. Finally, you must achieve a grade of C or better to receive reimbursement.

How much does the average program or degree cost?

Thanks to discounts from our partners, most of the classes and degree programs at Guild are between $350 to $500 per credit. That means $4,200 to $4,920 per semester for undergraduate degrees, which is much lower than the national average. 

Graduate degrees are shorter (1 to 2 years on average), but graduate classes cost more at $500 to $620 per credit. 

If you're not yet ready for a degree program, other semester-long classes and programs cost between $675 to $2,450.


What kind of programs are available for me as a P/SL RMHC employee?

Guild offers a variety of undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral/PhD education programs, in addition to specially-designed, accredited programs. Through our partnerships you can get a degree from top-tier not-for-profit online universities. These degrees include, for example:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration
  • Master of Science in Nursing
  • Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration (MBA)

Who is eligible for Presbyterian St. Luke's and Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children Tuition Assistance?

All Presbyterian St. Luke's and Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children employees are eligible for up to $5,815 in federal financial aid (depending on household income and assets). Presbyterian St. Luke's and Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children employees are also eligible for Guild's discounts at our university partners. 

In addition, full-time employees are eligible for up to an additional $5,250 in tuition assistance while part-time employees are eligible for up to an additional $2,000 in tuition assistance. Employees must have completed 90 days of service and receive approval from the manager prior to beginning a program.
